This thesis is based on the original resources of the famous master of science studies John Ziman's works "Real Science: What it is, and what it means"(2000), "Reliable Knowledge"(1978), "An Introduction to Science Studies" (1985) etc. Foreign scholars' relative reviews of Ziman's new works are used to explain Ziman's "naturalism". After investigating the background of Ziman, analyzing several conceptions such as "natural kind", "natural language", "intersubjectivity" etc., studying Ziman's the core of Science Study-objectivity, Ziman's naturalism position is disclosed. His position is using natural language in realm of life world to depict a real imagine of science in multi-demotions; depending on intersubjectivity, commonplace and other conceptions, explaining the meaning of "objectivity" to reveal the nature of science; defending science, counterattacking all kinds of attacks. Ziman's naturalism is a kind of "un-definable" "new philosophy" combined with naturalism of philosophy and Science Studies. His theory not only develops a new road between Moton School and SSK, but also inverts the tradition of metascience and initiates an approach to Science Studies.
