The purpose of the paper is to investigate the convergence of the mixed finite element method for the initial-boundary value problem for the Hyperbolic type integro-differential equation and Hyperbolic type equation.In Chapter one, we consider the problem :In Chapter two,we consider H1-Galerkin mixed finite element method for hyperbolic partial differential equationIn Chapter three, we consider -Galerkin mixed finite element method for the initial-boundary value problem for the Hyperbolic type integrodifferential equation.We obtain -optimal and optimal estimates about the unknown function of u under the certain condition.
