Based on the theory on the quasi-steady state of the galloping system ,this paper try to analyse theproblems of galloping which are often found in engineering.Provided that the shifting of the frequencyand some of the dynamic states of the body can be neglected,the complexity of its analysis will begreatly lightened,and we can work on the problem that may be too hard to calculate,of course,onsatisfying the wants of safety and economics indication.First,it is the analysis of mechanism that we must do according to the linked aeroelasticity andsome of the other forms in the stall flutter and relations among them.Then we can work on modelingof galloping systems,get the equations of motion and observe the stability near the equilibriumposition under perturbations.To the structure of single freedom of motion,we can do it by individuallyobserving its resposnse under transactions and torsions;as to the multi-freedom of motion,we must paymore attention to the coupling of these actions.Secondly,it is the common box beam that tends toflutter in winds.In this paper,we only analyse its transactional and torsional actions.At last,it is theexamples.
