This paper shows function of the software of parallel computation and visualization of two-dimensional heat conduction equation author developed, several problems solved in the development procession .The software not only used difference method to get the numerical solution of the two-dimensional parabolic equation ,but also implemented getting the solution parallelly on the "DAWNING TCI700" clusters. Then it transform huge numerical data into the dynamic pictures . Namely as long as users input valid initial conditions and boundary conditions , the system can output visual computation result directly. The software system uses Microsoft Visual C++ as its development environment, and it also uses some tools ,for example ,OpenGL , MPI library .The whole system has two parts . The first one can get the numerical solution of the two-dimensional parabolic equation parallelly with MPI library .The second one is a implement with graphic user interface .After initial conditions that needed by parallel computation are inputed ,the system can visualize the data which got by parallel computation with OpenGL library . The system has friendly graphic user interface and convenient operation. The paper first introduces various primary knowledge related with the subject , especially shows basic conception of parallel computing in greater detail; then it illustrates parallel arithmetic and parallel programming implementation on the clusters system about two-dimensional heat conduction equation, and analyses the results of parallel computation simply; last, the method of visual output about data that got after computation is introduced in greater detail also.
