| Binbei district of Songliao basin is located in the east of Qiqihaer and the north of Binzhou railway , which is about 6. 3104 km2. Though explorations of three stages had been done since 60 s , progress is bit. This thesis analysises evolution of tectonics and division units of tectonics, then guides exploration of oil and gas for deep stratum. Much work has been done since May 2003 for instance interpretation of 136 seismal sections, analysis of 92 drillings and count of about four thousand for stratum thinning out, overlap and breakpoint.There are lots of lithospheric faults, transcrustal faults and crustal faults in the basement of Songliao basin, because this basement was impacted by regional tectonics. For Binbei district is a part of Songliao basin , many basement faults develop fully, which is more 47. This thesis points out that Nenjiang fault controls the western boundary of Songliao basin on basis of interpretation for a many seismic sections and analysis of gravitic abnormality .it passed Mahu_Nen jiang_Gannan_Longjiang_Zhalaiteqi_Zhenxi, then superimposed join together belt of lleihejiegengshan plate between Nenjiang and Longjiang, which brought about complicate effect of structure superimpose.But predescholars considered that Nenjiang fault passed Qiqihaer_Fuyu, and the difference resulted in 10000km2, so it maybe formed important oil gas resource in deep stratum.The eastern controlling basin fault of Songliao basin isJiamusi_Yitong falut,which formed Jiamusi_Yitong graben in cretaceous. Jiamusi_Yitong basin was separated from songliao basin , and formed a independent basin thanks to uplifting of Dahei mountain horst. Today the boundary of Songliao basin is structure erodent borderline.By the way Binzhou fault, Nehe fault, Sunwu_Shuangliao fault, Centren fault and so on controlled tectonic framework especially distribution of faulted basin. Binbei faulted basin show "belts in west_east, blocks in north_south" .However this thesis studies reflection layer of tectonics based on reflective characteristics of seismic wave as well.T5 shows two strong phrases with obvious features and continuous well in seismic sections . T4 on one hand shows two strong phrases and continuous in Suileng anticlinal zone, Suihua depression and Mingshui terrace, on the other hand shows stronger phrase and noncontinuous reflection in Heiyupao depression .Yilong anticlinal zone and Wuyuer depression.T3 shows usually two middling reflection in Heiyupao depression, Yilong anticlinal and Wuyuer depression.Tectonics units of Binbei faulted basin have been divided by study on basement fault, shapes and deep structure reflecting layer. Binbei district is divided into three first degree structure units and seven secondary degree structure units.First degree structure units contain central faulted depression region, fault_uplift region of westnorth and faulted depression region of southeast.Central faulted depression regionBasement was buried under -2000 meter in south district, which is composed of Lindian area and Heiyupao area. Lindian faulted depression developed stratum not only extensive but also thick, so it is regardedas the sedimentary center of Hinbei district. Stratum is mainly dark mudstone and little volcanic rock among sedimentary rock, therefore it is predominantly hydrocarbon rock of Binbei district.But basement was buried from - 1000 to -3000 meter in northeast area of Central faulted depression. This area is divided Suihua downfaulted depression and Beian faulted depression in terms of stratum distribution and basement shape.Fault_uplift region of westnorthStretching NNE, basement was buried from -500 to - 1500 meters, and strata under T4 were loseed . Sedimentary rock is coarse grain with little volcanic rock.Meilisi faulted depression and Fuyu faulted depression formed in the district , but faulted depression layer spreads little and thin.Faulted depression region of southeastThe area of this region is small.
