The heavy weather disaster such as great large drought,rain-storm, tropical cyclone, extra-tropical cyclone , heavy ice year of Bohai sea and so on has been take place in Shandong area. It serious affected the safety of people' s life and people' s fortune in Shandong area. Researching their periodical disciplinarian is very important to predict them and prevent their damage at superior limit. In this paper according to 15 heavy weather disasters occurrence in Shandong province area, and other 24 heavy weather disasters in the world , we have fount out the large weather disaster in Shandong area include the foundation period: the first mainly important period 8. 8475a(some tide reference books giving out 8.84732 Julian caledar year), or 3231.48d, it is same alike the archway period, it is also the meeting point period between the anomalistic month and the tropical month , the first sub mainly important period 4. 4238a, it is same alike the archway half period; the foundation period of the large weather disaster in Shandong area include the next mainly important period 18. 6133a(some tide reference books giving out 18.6129 Julian calendar year), or 6798. 36d, it is same alike the ascending and descending node period, it is also the meeting point period between the nodular month and the tropical month the next sub mainly important period 9. 3067a, it is same alike theascending and descending node half period. Based on the equilibrium tide theory, calculate out the model of long period variations in air pressure with the lunar motion is derived to advance the climatic tide concept and formulate the climatic tide formula ;the atmosphere equilibrium tide theory is found out, the air pressure amplitude formula of the atmosphere equilibrium tide was written out, which provides useful leads for predicting the heavy meteorological catastrophe in Shandong area even in China as well as in the whole world.
