In this paper,we study the existence of solutions to the initial value problems for impulsive neutral functional differential inclusions in Banach spaces as follows:This paper is to discuss the existence of solutions to the initial value problem IVP(1) and IVP(2) by means of the fixed-point theorem in [11]. we do not assume the conditions of compact and Lipschtz-continuity in [8] and [9].
