In the first chapter of this thesis, a program is designed to help to implement Hadamard spectroscopy. It can generate the pulse sequences used in Hadamard spectroscopy based on the user input of parameters. Users can specify the number of exitation bands, the total sweep width, required resolution etc. The program can also be used to decode the NMR signal acquired in the Hadamard experiment. Simulated experiments on simulated sample were carried out to validate the process. In the second chapter, a poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO)/fullerene(C60) composite was studied by high-resolution solid-state NMR spectroscopy systematically in order to study the influence of cross-polarization time on the inter-molecular cross-polarization experiments. It was found that the contact time has obvious influence on the experimental results of the intermolecular cross-polarization experiments, which implies extra care should be taken to select appropriate contact time when applying intermolecular cross-polarization method to study the phase structures of composites. On the other hand, variation of contact time may provide a new dimension for the experiments design and enables new conclusions to be drawn. For example, experimental results in this work show that not all of C60 is confined in the noncrystalline region of PEO, and at least a portion of the C60 is located near the crystalline region.
