The stability of freeway slope directly concerns the roadway's security run. It's quite necessary to develop the excavation design, reinforcement measures, and stability analysis theory and control technology for the construction of freeway and the roadway's security run.Influence factors of slope stability and stability calculate methods are very abundant. It's an important task to fix the primary and secondary relations of the influence factors, to shore the slope effectively and to estimate the stability status and progress trend.Taken the freeway slope of zhu yong in Zhejiang province , K96+030~K96+250 as a typical example to analysis the stability influence factors, shoring design and stability reliability value.Firstly, based on the geological condition, this paper adopts engineering geological analogy to make an elementary shoring project, and then calculates the stability by limit equilibrium method. Secondly, the orthogonal experiment method is applied in the analysis of some influent factors. What's more, the sensitivity rules of each factor are gotten. Thirdly, some more sensitive factors are selected and adjusted in allowable range, and then four shoring projects are gotten. Fourthly, considering qualitative and quantitative factors, this paper adopts gray theory to get the best project.Considering the uncertain factors of the slope stability and shoring design, this paper adopts reliability theory to analyze the stability. At the same time, it adopts finite element method to carry out numerical simulation and stress analysis to the process of the excavation and shoring, and opens out the distortion destroy mechanism and instability patterns before and after the reinforcement, and reaches the same conclusion as reliability theory. In all analysis results, the best design project is gotten and has adopted by engineer unit.
