Many traits present about electricity in interaction between plasma and other substances. In this paper, we have studied complicated non-steady nonlinear interactions occur between the body and the plasma around it and the double layer in plasma cylinder carrying electric current.Based on a set of equations that describe the non-steady nonlinear interactions between plasma and the field in the wake region of a moving body in space, using the method of numerical simulation, the distributions of electric field and density are obtained. The: effect of time derivative on the electric field and density cavitons which is often absent in many other references is considered in this paper. The results of numerical calculation show that the density cavitons and potential solitons are formed due to the modulational instability. From the distribution of density caviton, we can trace out the moving bodies by means of observing the structure and intensity of the density caviton although the bodies may be stealth vehicles. The pinch-effect will occur in plasma column because magnetic field pressure outside is bigger than thermal pressure inside of the plasma column carrying electric current. In this paper, based on the pinch balance theory and Maxwell equation, the distribution of the electric field E_z(z,r) in plasma column has been obtained. From the expression of the electric field E_z(z,r), it can be known that the double layer has been formed. Its maximum will emerge at Z = L/2. Using the method of numerical simulation, we obtained the distribution of the double layer voltage.
