| Use the bicubic minimum support spline wavelet for finite element method in the article, minimum support spline wavelet finite element method, which is based on bending problem of rectangular thin plates, had been established. The discrete progress, the algebra equations set after discretetion and its coefficient matrix, deal with all kinds of boundary condition and the error of minimum support spline wavelet finite element solution had been analyzed carefully. Parameter of nodes had been discussed. A number example had been presented.
