Molecular motor is biology molecular, they can efficiently convert chemical energy in ATP into mechanical energy, myosin belongs to the molecular motors and it's a superfamily including 18 myosins. Myosin can be divided into two kinds, one is unconventional myosin including myosin V and myosin VI. The rest is conventional myosin.Unconventional myosin V is a locomotor protein responsible for organelle and vesicle transport in cell. Recent single-molecular experiments have shown that it is different from other myosins, it's an efficient processive motor. It is very little but mightiness and can transport thousands times than it's weight, so it has been focused on its particular dynamical mechanism. The paper is composed of three parts mainly. In the first part, the biology study evolvement of molecular motor are introduced, here we only focus one of the moleculars: myosin, including their categories, structure features, their tracks and motion properities. In the second part, a method on studying stochastic transition of the Master equation is introduced. Mainly describes one-dimension N-state period model under steady state. The third part, A hopping physics model is established according myosin V motion properties and at present attainable experimental results. The theoretical curves v (F, [ATP]), D (F, [ATP]) and dwell time t under the steady state are gained and compared to experiments. At last we illustrate and analysis qualitatively the kinetic behaviors of myosin V.
