Science , technology and economic develop when the education develop, the improvement key to the quality of education lies in the teacher. This research aimed at looking for some new actions of educational reform of normal school, and realizing the teacher-training cultivation of bioscience of new period.On the basis of consulting a large number of document surveys, by way of document summarization, we made a thorough inquiry of the main contents, connotation and enlightenment on education of Multiple Intelligence Theory and the teacher professionalization theory. Moreover, we researched the factor influencing the development of teacher professionalization and the model by which teacher professionalization realized. Using the questionnaire method and interview method, we studied the students' multiple intelligences and their professional development. We utilized the SPSS software, and through t-test ,X~2 examine , F examine , LSD to analyze the investigation results. First, we used the MI to analyze the normal students' multiple intelligences, the difference of the intelligence in the five universities, the difference from students between comprehensive universities and normal universities, and the difference between boys and girls etc. Second, we analyzed the biological specialized course, normal students' achievements and demand of school work, the biological experiment course and scientific research situation, the teachers' pedagogy in the university, normal students' scholastic ability and their educational practice. Third, we interviewed some biological teachers of the middle school and compared the difference of the educational strategies between the freshman and the experienced. At the same time, we investigated professional training situation and the teachers' view on the biological professional educational innovation of normal university. At last, we analyzed the experience and action of the teachers who use the MI into Biology Curriculum.According to the result of the investigation, we analyzed the existing problem of biological education in the normal university and its effect on the normal students' multiple intelligence. In order to develop the normal student's multiple intelligence, enable the normal student to meet the needs of social development and make them have more excellent and professional accomplishment, we have proposed some suggestions for the innovation of the normal universities: First, the normal universities should regard teacher professionalization as the direction of reforming , pay attention to optimize the structure of course, upgrade the content of courses, set up opening and compatible course system; Second, pay attention to strengthen normal students' educational practice; Third, design and guide the cultural activity of the campus actively, develop the function of recessive course adequately on training students, develop students' multiple intelligence and their comprehensive quality.
