The time evolution of atomic linear entropy is investigated in the system of a cascade three-level atom interacting with one-mode field by the theory of quantum entropy. The effects of the initial field and the detuning on the atomic entropy are discussedThe antibunching effect of the field in the intensity-dependent coupling T-C model is also studied. The relation between the coupling intensity of two atoms, the field intensity, the atomic initial state and the two-order coherent degree of field is discussed.
