Nitavia L. is the constructive plant of the west of Inner Mongolia where is mainly compost of the plants of arid, semiarid, desert, salty and sand areas. In order to explore the polarization and actapbility of Nitavia, we did the filedwork, obseved the morphology of pollen and seeds and the genetic strueture and RAPD research of the different geographic populations. The result shows that: the ecology factors of distribute areas have a conspicuous heterogeneity and the Nitavia have a replace distribute charicteristec when hetero change. The four Nitavea express a conspicuous trait of arid plants in Morphology.(high ligingication cauline tip degenerate to needle, carmification leaf); they have great similarity in Antonomy and they all have the antomic trait of salty-arid plants. The pollen and seed express a strong conservity in the morphology characteristic and the adapticity in the evolution perogress. According to the pollen evolution theory of Walker the Nitavia is an advanced except N. roborowskii is a relative primary type. The result of the PRINCOMP of different geographic populations, anatomy structures, pollon morphology and seed shape show that: the contributing rate of the characteristic of pollen and seed is small, we choose 11 random primers produced and do RAPD on 12 different geography population polarization, amplified 118 loci have 95 polymorphic loci, about 80.5%. Each primers produced amplified about 7.89 loci ,the differentees of Nei's gene diversity and Shannon's information index between each primers produced is big. The polarization of populations and gene fluxes are different in different species. The polarization and gene fluxes of populations of 3 Nitavias are lower except N. sphaerocarpa.. The heredity coherence of each population is change from 0.8561 to 0.9694. The polarization in the populations is low, and they have the close ancestor.
