Group Actions On Orbifolds

An orbifold is called "stringy orbifold" if we refer it as the orbifold itself with its twisted sectors. Recently W. Chen and Y. Ruan have developed a new cohomology theory of orbifolds. We study the group action on stringy orbifolds and give the stringy equivariant cohomology group based their theory.
