The property of 'Asymptotic freedom' of QCD may cause deconfinement of quarks and gluons in high temperature and high density. It means that quarks and gluons can exit freely in a larger space than hadron. This kind of new matter is called quark-gluon-plasma (QGP). QGP is the basic state of QCD in high temperature. And it can be available in heavy ion colliding or nucleus-nucleus colliding. There are convincible evidences to prove that QGP or quark matter has been produced in RHIC which lies in BNL.All of physical variables which are measured in experience are gotten by means of measure the hadronic system in final state. So hadronic event generator is the useful tool to both study heavy-ion collisions and explore quark matter. And it is an assistant instrument to simulate and reconstruct heavy-ion collision events. The representative event generator is HIJING (Heavy-Ion Jet Interaction Generator), it is the earliest event generator for high energy heavy-ion collisions.In this thesis, the physical object of HIJING is reviewed. Then its physical models and artifices used in HIJNG are checked carefully. On these bases, we depict the ways of updating to HIJING in details. The parton distribution function used in hard particle production is updated to the newest GRV98 (LO). Then, we discover that thecut-off scale P0 cannot be constant any more. Moreover, for tally with the total cross section in experience, the soft cross section σsoft cannot be constant too. In one word, we find that the values of P0 and σsoft are increasing with colliding energyincreasing. In this thesis, the new parameterization of Po and a,,,,, is given.Another work in this thesis is to calculate the global property of hadronic system in final state of high energy p-p collisions. And we get the results according with experience data. This means that the new HIJING could be used to simulating higher energy scale.
