lower Paleozoic reservoir in Changqing Jingbian gas field is a low permeability, lithology-stratigraphy trap reservoir, it's formation is solute carbonate in Ordovician. Following features were found: complicated distribution of erosion groove and trough and high heterogeneity , big difference in production between single wells, more difficult for defining well location. A suitable technology for developing Jingbian gas field was born based on comprehensive research work of geology, geophysical , well drilling, well logging , well test etc and exploration and appraise work deepening further.In order to objectively describe reservoir character, search the high yield controlling factor , distributing rule of reservoir and enhance production well drilling success ratio and develop Jingbian gas field efficiently aim at character of deep bury, thin reservoir , high heterogeneity of Ma 5~1 formation, optimizing well proposal technology was made after summarizing problem during appraise period and analyzing the high yield controlling factor that come from structure , relief and dynamic character. It's clew is appointing a sweet point from static-dynamic side based on analyzing the high yield controlling factor and distributing rule of reservoir and dynamic character first. Then, processing and interpreting subtly seismic line at sweet area by formation prediction and hydrocarbon inspecting technology. Last, optimizing well proposal based on research results come from geology and reservoir side.Research results indicate top part of corroded ancient relief of pre- carboniferous is favorable area for Ma 51 formation development. Partial structure top is one reason of getting high yield due to better permeable and preservable ability. Erosion groove control well drilling successful ratio due to strong relationship with the high yield and gas distribution. Method of evaluating Continuity between two wells is a efficient way fordefining sweet point. A good development result was got after optimizing well proposal technology utilizing in Jingbian gas field development.
