The general system can not resolved the great capacity for liquor magnanimity mangement of chamber and analysing the data to obtain useful information for the reasons that the time of chamber construction is long and datum are complex and large. Therefore, developmenting a system to manage and analyse the basic information are very important, especially predicting function based on the in existed datum .GIS is one of the new subject and has its merit in the dealing the spatial datum. With the development of computer software and component modules of development and adopting in COM-GIS, which provied the new conceive for the development of CHAMBER GIS.In this article, with the aim of research on surrounding rock classifications, rock blasting prediction , water inrush prediction, developmenting the CHAMBER GIS. We drawed following conclusion:(l)Based on the specia information of the chamber, we established a GIS system from datum collection→ constructing space property database → choosing index system→ prediction evaluation model analysis→predicting→managing space and attribute datum , formed the study technique route, method system and work flow of chamber. This system can be refered by other chamber.(2) Constructed the basic estimate index system for surrounding rock classifications, rock blasting prediction, water inrush prediction by the expert knowledge methods and given the qualified methods from multi-aspects.(3) Constructed the model of chamber renewing with the database (graphics is shaped by datum of attribute database).(4) the module of disfigurement stratified sampling was put forward to measure and control the accuracy of attribute data of chamber GIS.(5) Based on the above theories and methods, re-development the information management and prediction modules based on component of GIS and intergerate with GIS, form the visual CHAMBER GIS.
