With requirement of spatial information in city development decision as agoal, under the guidance of geographical information science and urban geographyand based on the present study of spatial data mining (SDM), the author deeplystudies the theory, method and appliance of urban spatial dynamic datamining(USDDM). The contents that studied include prediction and simulation ofurban spatial discrete-state attributes , prediction of urban spatialcontinuous-state attitudes, prediction of barycenter-moving track of urbancluster etc. The author improves on the some present methods of SDM, carriesout a large of practical experiments, preliminarily builds up a experimentalsystem of USDDM.The full paper divides into six parts altogether.The first past: Introduction. This part expounds the definition of SDDM,concludes the status and trend of SDM in the world, such as the study of SDMtheory system, Spatial Database, the methods of SDM and the system of SDM.,Discusses and summarizes the methods of SDDM.The second part: Prediction and simulation of urban spatial discrete-stateattributes. The author establishes the predictive method of CA which hasoperation, that is to say, the automatic distills part rule of state conversionfrom the past spatial data and makes certain cell state in the future adoptingthe method of random experiment in the prediction and simulation accords withactual. And use this method to take Jinan as an example to probe into methodand application of prediction of urban land-use structure.The third part: Prediction of prediction of urban spatial continuous-stateattitudes. The author mainly studies the simulation method of urban continuousspace field. Such as the prediction method of GDP space distribution structure.The author puts forward the SAR analytic method of combination of location anattribute.
