Generally, we study the inner frame of nucleus by means of scattering of the particles at medium and high energies. The proton is usually used as incident particles. In resent year, many problems of scattering have been dealt with based on the idea of cluster nucleus, we found that the results give a satisfactory account of the experimental data. In this work, we adopt the αparticle as the incident particle and use the independent αparticle model. In terms of the viewpoint of αparticle, we adopt the α-αamplitude which are obtained from fitting the experimental data as input. By using this α-αamplitude and Glauber theory, we calculate elastic differential cross sections of α-12 c at the αparticle energies of Tα= 104 Mev,120 Mev,139 Mev,145 Mev,166 Mev,172.5 Mev,4200 Mev,andα-16 O at αparticle energies of Tα=104 Mev. The spin of αparticle is 0 and αparticle is identical particle, so the α-αamplitude is spin-independent. When we use Fortran compiling program to calculate the parameters of α-αamplitude and elastic differential cross sections ofα-12C,α-16O,we must consider the symmetrization of identical particles, i.e. The formula must contains the value of θand (π-θ). Compared with the experimental data ,all the calculations prove that the diffractive pattern of differential cross sections of α-12 C,α-16 O is related to the αparticle energies. Meanwhile , with the independent αparticle model and Glauber theory, the variation tendency of the cross sections is shown and the position of minimum and maximum are well predicted. Above all, compared with the experimental data, the independent αparticle model and the αparticle cluster model of 12 C,16 O are examined successfully again.
