The radiation's problems about photon itself was solved satisfactorily in the QED, and now it can be used for study for Compton scatter, photoemission, production and annihilability of the double electrons. But infinity of self-energies was found in QED, even though infinity of self-energies was intituled the emanative problem in QED. Because of the basis of the electron's theories. Vacuum is the state which the negative energy levels is filled in and all of the positive energy levels is empty. In the interaction of extra magnetic field, the state of the electron's movement will changed to vacuum which bring to polarization. We know that the function of the photon's vacuum polarization is a emanative tensor, how to deal with the problem of volatilization, how to deal with the problem of the tensor part. Text solved the problem about the photon-chain propagator's calculation strictly though renormalization's theory, accordingly settled the puzzle of photon's vacuum polarization, and calculated the differential cross section after the radialization correction. With the precondition in the invariability of the Lorentz's transform, we base on the minimal electromagnetism coupling model, and use the method of quantum field, deal with the interaction about the course of electron and electron which exchange photon. At first, we make use of classical Lagrangian density for our beginning, adopt perturbative theories in quantum field to calculate the correction of photon-chain propagator, namely we make use of the methods of separation from tensor, the momentum remilitarization, Wick turn, complex function integral method to get out the analytic expression of the radialization correction, but the expression (finite quantity) is very complex, so study emphases are the calculation about the quantity, we discuss and analyse the numerical value solution and continuity. Secondly we adopt the theory of Feynman propagator to calculate the lowest order differential cross section with the scatter of electron and electron, and we make use of conclusion which has been reached to calculate the differential cross section after the radialization correction, then we compare to two conclusions, find that correction have no more contribution than before, so it can't be ignore. At last, we can draw a conclusion that in the error range the results between experiments and theory is consistent with comparison of the data from the experiments. From above, we also prove the course of electron and electron's interaction which exchange photon could adopt the perturbative theories to deal with it. It's the base on calculation of the higher orders correction later.
