This study was conducted to research parthenogenetic activation of mouse oocytes and the development capabilities and attachment on the feeder cells of parthenogenetic embryos. Moreover, the establishment of Kunming mouse embryonic stem cells had been primarily studied. The main results are as follows:1. There are five similar ES cells have been cultured in vitro. They still can form the clones on the feeder cells, alkaline phosphatase assay stained positive at passage 6. The cells were injected into the same kind male mice can form teratomas and differentiate into a few kinds of cells.2. There are four kinds of parthenogenetic activation of muse oocytes after ethanol activation. The rates of 2PB1PN and 2-cell are 79%, the rates of the others are 10%.3. The rate of the morulas from the parthenogenetic embryos is 43.1%, the rate of the blastocysts is 10.9%, the rate of expand of the blastocysts is only 5.9%.4. The rates of oocytes activation and the following development are more higher and better under the condition of 10%ethanol, 37℃ and dealing with 5 minutes.5. The embryos from 2-cell have better development rate in vitro.6. The rates of hatching, attachment from the parthenogenetic blastocysts with intact zona pellucida are very low, but most of them can not hatch out.7. The rates of expanding, attachment from the parthenogenetic morulas without zona pellucida is significantly higher than that of the parthenogenetic blastocysts with intact zona pellucida, moreover, the former has proliferation capability.
