Research On The Technology In Position Service System

LBS means Location Based Service, all service related to location can be looked as LBS. In the LBS, the Position Service System will get location information from Mobile Position Center (MPC) and provide the compositive information based on location. The Position Service System is a very important part in the LBS.In this paper, we will research the technology about the Position Service System. We will research the frame, design and develop environment about it. But the main content we will research is on how to get the position information of the mobile object and how to provide the service on GIS. On the base of talking about mobile position principle and interface technology, we have developed the interface module getting the position information of the mobile object from the Mobile Position Center which built by China Union Communication. The service of GIS is the base of the service in the Position Service System. We will analyze the difference between two way to develop the GIS service and table a proposal on how to select the develop way. At the same time, we have finished the development on the service of GIS. At last, depending on the production, we develop an applied product on LBS, whose name is Jinpeng Group Position Management System. This system provides the service of LBS to enterprise.
