In this paper, pressure is used for a primary dependent variable and SIMPLE algorithm is used to simulate the 3-dimensional turbulent flow. In order to advance SIMPLE algorithm to compressible flow, retarded density is utilized. The flow governing equation and its discrete form are presented in 3-dimensional general curvilinear coordinates. Furthermore, the pressure correction equation is deducted for the finite control volume in this paper.Based on the non-stagger grid technique, the momentum equation is solved using Cartesian velocity components as solving variables. And the pressure-weighted interpolation method, proposed by Rhie and Chow, is conducted. The standard k-ε model is utilized to describe the turbulent flow process. The governing equation in Reynolds time average and Favre weight average has been compared, and the correct method for k —ε model due to the effect of curvature or eddy has been discussed here. The high Re number k-ε model and boundary condition of wall function method are considered. The implementation of MUSCL scheme, which is a TVD type, is presented.Taking advantage of grid generation method, three -dimension grid of double circle blade channel and nozzle is generated. The three-dimension turbulent flow in above grid is numerically simulated.
