This article takes the Fuyu oil bed in Min-nan area as an example, using the viewpointof high resolution sequence stratigraphy, in view of the difficult correlation problem such asthe area is wide , and there are many contemporaneous faults and slant wells, few keybeds,more terrace sandbody,more fence-sitting channel, the units in Vertical direction aremany and small. Uses new theory of high resolution sequence stratigraphy , and proposes thesynthesis method of the closed contrast of approaching sequence contact surface controlledby standard isochronal surface by level , it devides and contrases the short-scale cycles ofthe goal stratigraphic in the research area and establishes the uniform stratum rack.Fuyang oil bed in Min-nan area is a low permeability reservoir bed, this bed mainlyconsists of branch channels. In order to make sure the problems appeared in producing andthe rule of waterflooding, as well as to grasp the features of remaining oil, this researchfurther divides Fuyu oil bed into 24 short –scale cycles in plummet. Each SSC is in complywith a single channel period. Then through studying each short –scale cycle in terms of refinesedimentary microfacies with applying the genetic information in each wellpoint in eachshort –scale cycle, sedimentary microfacies and their theory pattern,as well as regionalsedimentary system(including sedimentary system, deposit resource,face type and so on) thisthesis try to confirm the short –scale cycle microfacies correctly . During the course of thisresearch, the identification of absolute branch channel and the identification of the abandonedchannel are crucial. On the basis of sedimentary microfacies, applying the heterogeneity ofthe reservoir bed macroscopically, the author thinks that the heterogeneity of reservior inXinmin Oilfield is mainly controlled by the scale of branch channel and the bending ofabandoned channel. The smaller the scale of the channel is, the stronger is the heterogeneity;while the larger the bending of the channel is, the stronger is the heterogeneity. On this basis,the author summarizes seven kinds of distributed types of remaining oils though studingdistribution rule of remaining oil of the research area.
