Preliminery Study On Sedimentary Facies And Gererating Rock Of Binxian Depression In Eastern Of Songliao Basin

Songliao basin is a large scale land basin of Meso-cenozoic at northeast of China, which is one of the most important oil-producing area. Binxian depression which is the new region of interest of China National Petrochemical Corporation at Songliao basin is at the southeast uplift of the Songliao basin's eastern boundary. Theories and means of geology of petroleum , sedimentology , lithofacies paleographic, geophysics and date of field evidence, drill sample, seismic data, log information, analytical were combined to analyse sedimentary facies and oil source rock of the region of interest and forecast the more profitable range and trap. The research result will offer the powerful geology foundation of next exploration.The research result shows that alluvial, fan delta, delta, lake, meandering river and volcanic phase were the main mode of sedimentary facies. Binxian depression developed deeper fault depression and downwarp. The fault depression was controlled by single lined rift construct. Alluvial was developed at rift bluff, fan delta and delta were developed at rift gentle slope, and half deep lake facies and meare facies selectively appeared at rift centre and edge.The time of deposit of Denglouku formation in Downwarp was at stage of fault sag transformation period. Early stage sediment were controlled by fault and inherited with underlay fault subsidence which developed rivers bet lands and lakes and alluvial fan at lateral Binxian depression. Quantou formation mainly developed rivers bet lands,alluvial fan and shore meare facies. Qingshankou formation mainly deposited bet lands and shore meare facies. After Nenjiang formation depositing, region of interest began to uplift and was denuded that signified development stages of lake basin was over.The comprehensive evaluation result of generating rock in region of interes shows that organic abundance of Qingshankou formation was highest but buried shallowly which signified generating rock fundamentally belonged to low maturationand immature generating rock. Dark mudstone of fault subsidence developed well and Yingchen formation's dark mudstone was the thickest. Shahezi formation and Huoshiling formation's organic abundance was relatively higher, but belonged to worse generating rock.. Organic type was main II2 and III and average of Tmax is greater than 470 °C which had at the stage of gas range.According to multidisciplinary analysis of the generating rock, reservoir, cap formation, the development of trap and key element of reservoir, region of interest was comprehensively evaluated. The result shows the most profitable zone was Binxian low-lying and the most profitable trap was Binxian-1 and Binxian-2 trap in Binxian depression.
