The inner core(IC) rotation relative to the mantle and the fluid outer core(OC) flow due to the rotation are studied in this paper. Firstly, the formulas of the viscous torque and inertial torque acting to 1C in the Guo(1989) are deduced again, and some flaws in the deduction are corrected. Secondly, the two methods of studying IC rotation adopted by Mathews et al.(1991) and Guo(1989) are compared directly, and the relations between two methods are built. Thirdly, a viscous OC flow model given by Guo(1989) and a inviscid OC flow model given by Busse(1970) and by Kakuta et al.(1975) are compared. Fourthly, the boundary layer flow at the core-mantle boundary(CMB) and the viscous torque acting to the mantle are deduced as a supplyment of Guo(1989).
