City is a dynamic compound system and multi-factors interaction draw the urban evolvement track which has a very complex mechanism. So it is a difficult task to study the dynamics of urban evolvement. Conventionally the former learner affected by "Baconian theory" used method of "up-bottom" to study the drive factor establishing the urban macroscopical structure, That is to say, this is a method "result-cause". This way lack the microscopical relationship, dissever the contact of different subsystems in interior city, just separately study one factor's influence to urban development from static and macro angle, ignore the potential impact of self-organization to urban evolution, impossibly embody the urban interior motivity rule. Few learner pay attention to the whole mechanism of the evolvement of urban spatial structure, the spatio-temporal scale of urban space dynamics, the incorporate structure and its modeling-built of the dynamics, GIS-based spatial selection-behavior simulation of urban space system, the analysis of nonlinearity actions of the dynamics. Consequentially to study the development in high spatio-temporal resolution make us deeply understand the dynamic evolution of urban space from the microcosmic view of spatial individual actions.During 1960s-1970s, the birth of series theories on self-organizing systems development, such as Dissipative Structure Theory, Synergetics, Hypercycle, Catastrophe, Chaotic Theoryand Fractal Theory etc, has enriched our understanding of the nature, society and even the universe, has given a new way to research the evolution interior mechanism of the urban space complex system.CA (cellular automata) is an important method to study complex system which is in the ascendant. It is a dynamics system which has discrete space, time, state, causality. Its core idea represents the soul of complexity science, that is, complex structure origins from the mutual action of simple subsystem. It takes the way of "bottom-up" to dynamically simulate the city evolution. The obvious spatio-temporal structure and the research way make it become a flare point in studying urban dynamic simulation.There exists interior mechanism in urban spatial growth. To study the dynamics and the mechanism of mutual-action of different factors from microcosmic angle make us better master the principles of city growth in the way to "cause-result" in order to guide the macro plan and...
