The Study Of Safety Management On Genetically Modified Biotechnology

The 21st century are called the time of biotechnology and people have enjoined the convenience of high biotechnology and hope it can bring more farewell on avoid illness, improving level of nutrition, to better the living quality, to satisfy the need of breed and prolong the living time. At the same time, people have felt the challenge, which come from high and new biotechnology, to the traditional model and ethic system, and people also see or anticipate many social and ethic problems which have often hit the soul of people and produced the hot discussion such as clone and stem cell. Many countries have modified the presented laws and rules, or regulated the policies, even legislating renew to accommodate challenge that comes from new biotechnology.With the fast development of modern living creature technique, the genetically modified technique and the Genetically Modified Organisms appeared. People really worry about the safety problems result from genetically modified organisms. This article is about 'The Safety Management Study of Genetically Modified Biotechnique'. The full text is divided into three chapters.Chapter one is about the modern biotechnology and the study of biosafety. This chapter introduced the development of modern biotechnology and the front area of research as well as the situation of China in this area and the safety question that produced by genetically modified technique, and analysis the zoology risk such as weed, genetic transfer to wild organism and damage the zoology.Chapter two is about the concept of biosatety in origin, development and evolvement process, and established the science concept of biosafety. This chapter also states the research of biosafety in laws and ethics. There are same examples in biosafety management in northern American, Europe, Asia and Latin American. There is discussion in the violent and sensitive biosafety ethics. This chapter also analysis the study and management situation of biosafety in the management of food safety, brand policy, the harmful organisms transfer to other country, the riskmanagement of harmful organisms and the supervise of biosafety, and states the essence of biosafety. In chapter three, the author analyzed the biosafety problems that produced by the genetically modified technique, and evaluate the biosafety problem on genetically modified foods and advice on law and ethics to construct the biosafety system that have China characters.The author thinks that it is a high technological problem on biosafety of the genetically modified technique, the emergence of the risk is later and technical, we must study in system and accumulate data enough, which will provide the perfect evaluation and efficient management. In a word, we must start from our country's fact and find efficient method to resolve the biosafety problem in law and ethics.
