The left lens of Anuran Tadpole - Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole and Xenopus laevis Tadpole were removed when they had posterior limb bud. By decapitating and fixing it with Carnoy's fixation fluid in different days, by means of paraffin serial section and Hematoxylin-Eosin stain and by using the microscope to observe the microstructure of lens regeneration of Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole and Xenopus laevis Tadpole. By extirpating the left eye and fixing it with aldehyde and osmium acid , by using electron microscope to observe the ultrastructure of lens regeneration of Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole and Xenopus laevis Tadpole. By Using SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis inorder to study the expression of crystalline in lens regeneration of Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole. We got the result: Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole (1) Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole was capable of lens regeneration, which originated from the epithelial cells at iris dorsal margin by dipigmentation.(2) Dipigmentation of Bufo Raddei Strauch by two methods: one was licked up by amoebocyte, the other one was flowed from the pigment cells.(3) In the lens regeneration cells of Bufo Raddei Strauch profiles of the mitochondria became complicated ribosome manifold, and the endoplasmic reticulum was cisternal dilation. During the process of deferentiation of lens fiber the cell nucleolus became little and chromatin shrinked. (4)The crystalline electrophoresis of Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole lens regeneration showed that during lens regeneration P-crystalline was expressed earliest then was γ-crystalline and α -crystallin, this result is consistent with newt. Xenopus laevis Tadpole (1) Xenopuslaevis Tadpole was capable of lens regeneration, which originated from the outer cornea. (2)The days of lens regeneration of Xenopus laevis Tadpole was earlier than Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole, The rate of regeneration of Xenopus laevis Tadpole was higher than Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole. (3)During Xenopus laevis lens regeneration the outer cornea cells proliferated, in the elongating cells the mitochondria became complicated and in the columnar cells the cisternal dilating of endoplasmic reticulum was ubiquity.
