In 1952, the American made the "Project Sherwood" for developing the controlled thermonuclear reactor, and then more and more people were interested in plasmas.Maiman. an American created the first laser------the Ruby laser in 1960. Later, thelaser fusion was emerged as the times required. Since the pulse of laser became shorter and shorter, the power higher and higher, the relativistic effect of the plasmas produced in laser fusion must be considered inevitability. It's really significant to do some work on relativistic plasmas, while the research on the dispersion relation of relativistic plasmas in this paper is the most fundamental and the most important in laser fusion. In the paper, we'll give numerical analysis of the dispersion relation of relativistic plasmas by the dynamics. There are some results below.1, the results are almost identical with the results of Mikhailovskii;2, filling Mikhailovskii's dispersion curve which is not continuous;3, the results can be generalized to the case of relativity, weak- relativity and non-relativity;4, getting the dispersion relationship of relativistic plasmas of Fermi distribution. Then, we adopt a new accretion disk mode into the equations of fluid, get thedispersion relationship by the hydrodynamics. We plot the figure of growth rate τ = Im(ω) to the wavelength X by the computer, analyze the instability of accretion disk by the figure, get some new results.
