The Design And The Realization Of The Fire GIS Base On COM

GIS(Geographic Information System) has been developing deeply into every walk in our society. With the high development of the city denseness, there exists much hidden fire trouble. So it is insistent to establish an applied efficient system which can query kinds of concerned information agilely provide quick support methods and assistant decision, thus reaching the smallest lost by using limited manpower and material resources.According to the theory and characteristic of COM Technology, an integrated system is set up, The core object of system is based on the MapX, and SQL is used to manage the relational database data.According to the conception and theory of the OO(Object Oriented), the characteristic of MapX, and with the combination of the ODBC(Open Database Connectivity). The system has completed the display, edit, query, search of the vector map and the orientation of spatial object;And this paper studies and tests the key techniques of shortest path analysis, then puts forward a practical and efficient realization of shortest path analysis according to the characteristics of Fire GIS; The paper introduces the characteristic of GIS data and the design of the logic structure of the Database of GIS, describes the main techniques as the design of Normal Format, coding to the space entity and the design of data Form; The integration of CIS and GPS has become a hotspot research field. This paper settles the problem of that how to receive and send data by GSM SMS and how to lively display GPS data on the GIS map in MapX software.
