The investigation on the flowing and diffusing mechanism of liquid in vacuum was used in the analyse of rockets' residual fuel. Considering the use of the soft damage weapon in the offence and deffence of space, the investigation on the flowing of liquid becomes more and more important.The flowing and diffusing mechanism of liquid in vacuum was studied on this thesis. Considering the design task .compute the nucleation rate, superheated temperature, critical radius,and other physics parameter of the metastable superheated liquid. Then deduce the solved equation of μ in Rayleigh distributing , using the rezult of the nucleation rate, based on the microcosmic thermodynamics theory. And use the theory of the boil of metastable superheated liquid during decompression to investigate on the situation of initialized moment of the jet liquid in vacuum based on the deduced equation. Then scout the droplet brought by the broken up liquid, and compute the diffusion .which in order to thorough investigate the flowing field and the droplet difusing, using Derected Simulation Monte Carlo method. This paper also do investigation on spectrum transmitivity using the Monte Carlo method , which can validate the feasibility of the designed scheme use in the design of the soft damage weapon.Through validating the numerical simulation of the deduced μ equation, this thesis educe that the dedeuced equation can not be used when liquid temperature is far less then the critical temperature. The result of the computing on the diffusing fluent field and the optical transmitivity displays that the spraying material must has the following characteristic:the boil temperature is high, the lost mass of vaporazition is little, the sublimation progressed slowly, and the transmitivity is small.
