The precision GPS kinematic survey can provide high precision location, velocity, acceleration, stance and time information to users real time or afterwards. It is used in the earth, the sea and the air more and more broad. Aiming at GPS kinematic positioning actuality and existent problem, the paper researches the theory method of GPS EPOCH-BY-EPOCH kinematic positioning and the basic function, configuration and use method of Bernese GPS Software Ms-Windows Version 4.2 software by the numbers. The paper studies the solution calculation way of using transcendental information to improve the whole circumference ambiguity. To GPS EPOCH-BY-EPOCH kinematic survey, it is always very difficult to reality the ambiguity. The ambiguity solution calculation problem is the key problem in the GPS EPOCH-BY-EPOCH kinematic positioning.The text analyses GPS observation model, the characteristic of kinds of errors fountain and the adopting measures in the observation, and processes the thorough research to Bernese GPS Software Ms-Windows Version 4.2. It makes the most stable satellites as the main error. The differential way adopts non-differential way and double differential way. The positioning precision of the single point is decimeter level. RMS is within 0.01-0.02; If the ambiguity right and without week skip, the observation datum of a EPOCH-BY-EPOCH can make the short base line (S<20km) positioning precision reach centimeter level. The precondition to solution calculation the ambiguity is the attending calculation phase observation value without the week skip. But in the condition of kinematic survey, the frequency of the satellite signal covered or the satellite signal lose lock is high. These bring very big difficulty to the ambiguity calculation, even require to calculate the ambiguity afresh. The advantage of EPOCH-BY-EPOCH solution calculation ambiguity method is when the satellite signal lose lock, it only influences the position solution of lose lock EPOCH-BY-EPOCH. When the satellites signal are captured again, all the EPOCH-BY-EPOCH position can be calculated beginning from EPOCH-BY-EPOCH captured. So the week skip does not influence the solution calculation. Combining the LAMBDA method, ambiguity resolution of single epoch single frequency data with baseline length constraint using LAMBDA algorithm with GPS ambiguity resolution using single-epoch data, in the theory, EPOCH-BY-EPOCH solution...
