Large telescope system plays quite an important role in space science and technology, military affairs and national defense etc. Meanwhile more precise large aperture optical component processing and testing techniques are confronted with flinty challenge.To study on exploring new testing method of large scale telescope system and developing new wave-front reconstruction algorithm is stressed in this dissertation. The main results are as follows:Based on some fundamental theory of optical measurement and wave-front testing methods of large scale telescope system, a new wave-front measuring method suitable for large scale telescope system is proposed. A set of pentagonal prism beam turning device was introduced to transfer quasi-reference beam to scan every sub-aperture in turn and an improved S-H sensor was used to measure the compound wave-front at every sub-aperture.Compared with the traditional sub-aperture distribution modes, a new rhombic sub-aperture distribution mode is designed to increase the numbers of sub-apertures within the whole aperture of the telescope system. So more information is taken in this way it is helpful to reconstructed a more precise wave-front profile.
