Aerogel is a kind of non-crystal,nanometer,open-hole network materials which prepared by Sol-Gel method.Firstly,sol-gel method and its applications on inorganic and organic materials are introduced.The latest researches on organic bulks are summarized with the mainpoint on the relation between the solution compositon and the last network framework.From present sol-gel film methods ,the preparation and applications of inorganic and organic aerogel films are detailedly described and the drying technologies which are correlative to aerogel preparation are introduced.At last,we carry out some research on the preparation of nanotubes with RF aerogel films as the catalyst.The detailed work and the corresponding results are as follows:l.Fistly.the essential film preparation which are realized by spin-coating is described detailedly and we research the relations among solution viscosity rotating angular velocity rotating time and the last film thickness the wet aerogel films smooth.The result shows the factor orders which influence the last film thickness is :apparent viscosity,rotating angular velocity,rotating time.2.The instrument and theory of mould-method are briefly introduced and the principal process are described.Supercritical drying and conventional drying are used to dry the prepared films.The results show it is hard to peel off the films from the base slices.We think there are two reasons:the base slice materials is not smooth enough and the other hand is how to improve the inner gel network intensity.3.The process and corresponding characterics between supercritical drying and...
