Based on the observed Langfang regional structure, stratum lithology, hydrology geologic, engineering geologic, this article studies the Hebei Province Langfang geologic hazard, which obtains the surface subsidence, sandy liquefies, water pollution, and analyzes its distribution and the harm in the development area. Under the analyses on the Langfang hydrogeological conditions, I establish underground water mining— subsidence numeric analogue with three dimensional finite element model.Geologic hazard factors affecting on the Langfang are mainly 6, whose property and action are various, according to the reference project, the hydrology geologic, the hazard geologic related standard and other related literature material, combining with the Langfang area's geologic condition, Five quantitatively guidelines and one unquantitative guideline are pointed out, which include geologic structure (including break, is specially moves break), engineering geologic condition, geological hazard condition, artificial project activity, terrain landform, stratum lithology. The quality synthetic evaluation with the appraisal exponential method is carried on the Langfang, which obtains the Langfang area,Finally effective action on the urban development plan and valid plan on the ground water development are put forward. Not only the model used in this article on the surface subsidence analysis and judgment indicates that the analog modeling methods are suitable for the slow aberration geologic hazard primarily eastern part plain city, and I provide the scientific basis and the technical feasibility for the geologic hazard research and prevention. From above, the analog modeling method in the system has the extremely widespread application value in the appraised the aspects.
