This paper base on 20 representative wild species with trade data such as Ginkgo biloba, Pinus koraiensis, Pseudoiarix amabilis. According to index, different house, bar code, keeping and have pictures or not, we can collect and input the herbarium information, then set up the representative species herbarium data-base model. The data-base is made up of four absolute data-bases: herbarium information base; pertinent information base; reference information base and practicality base. All these can connect with the herbarium index. In the end, we set up 17 families (Ginkgoaceae, Pinaceae, Eucommiaceae, Schisandraceae, Paeoniaceae, Leguminosae, Rutaceae, Polygalaceae, Rhamnaceae, Tiliaceae, Umbelliferae, Oleaceae, Labiatae, Campanulacea, Liliaceae, Iridaceae, Orchidaceae) herbarium information and image digital avenue. Perfect the demand function, set up the electron distributing map under GIS.Through the herbarium note and image digital avenue, we can come true the visit in data resource; made up the herbarium and species information system, set up the resource digital data-base; perfect the herbarium sharing resource system; strengthen the constructer of China wild plants protection digital data-base, perfect nature technology resource sharing flat, come true the "the eleventh fifth". The herbarium digital can improve the reliability, enhance the use efficiency, set the information flat in wild plants protection, sharing and open the resource to the society. All these are useful to the wild plants diversity, high efficiency in the wild plants resource.
