In the mQ→∞limit, the heavy quark spin-flavor symmetry plays an important role in theheavy flavor physics. Heavy quark effective theory (HQET) makes this symmetry explicit andproves to be a desirable framework to predict the properties of heavy hadrons.Due to the asymptotic freedom of QCD, the calculation of heavy meson decays must resortto non-perturbative technique. The light-cone sum rule(LCSR) is a hybrid of the SVZ techniqueand the theory of hard exclusive processes. As a bonus, SVZ vacuum condensates are substitutedby light-cone hadron distribution functions. Nowadays, this approach is applied widely invarious hadronic transition form factors.Βexclusive rare decays provide a crucial testing ground for the Standard Model , and playan important role in the determination of CKM matrix elements , in the research of CPviolation ,and in the indirect search for new physics. In recent years, a lot of experiments andtheory works have focused on them. In this paper, the rare daceysΒ→Κ**γwill be done withthe LC-HQET sum rules approach. We will give the form factors of vector(axial-vector) mesonsand the exclusive-to-inclusive branching ratio. Our calculation is up to twist-4 contributions, where three-particle distributions and mass corrections are neglected. Numerical results and acomparison with previous works are given at last.
