After open set ( or neighbourhood ) was introduced as the study of continuous concepts of abstract spaces , topological spaces were regarded as objects of open-set lattices . Then , the connections between topology and lattices were given close attention . The study of topological properties from a lattice-theoretic viewpoint could draw some interested conclusions . Perfect map is a concept in topology . Perfect map of the category of locales will be discussed in this thesis . Here is the outline of the thesis .Firstly , by the concept of closed map , another description of it can be given by open sets . And the concept of closed map in the category of locales can be concluded .Secondly , the concept of perfect map in the category of locales is concluded . According to the properties of perfect map in topology space , the properties of it in category of locales are given .Finally , a special property of perfect map in the category of locales is given .
