In 1997.the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) began to sift the replacement of DES (Data Encryption Standard) AES(Advanced Encryption Standard) in the world. In 2000,the algorithm Rijndael of Daemen and Rijmen,the scholars of Belgium ,was selected. In this paper,depend on the better platform(high and stable period and linear complexity) of Stop-and-Go sequence (another name is clock-controlled sequence,see definition 2.3),reference part of idea of the algorithm Rijndael,we transform and permute to a Stop-and-Go sequence,so a deep-stochastic encryption-sequence is produced.The weakness of Stop-and-Go sequence long plateau,is avoided in this encryption-sequence,at the same time, it breaks the tradition of only 0 and 1 in an encryption-sequence.It's advantages will be verified in the program part.
