Gene Expression Profiles Analysis Of Human Cytotrophoblasts Compared To Extravillous Trophoblasts In Early Pregnant

ObjectiveTrophoblast cells invasion is essential for placentation and early embryo development. In this study, we applied two different concentration trypsin to digest villous and decidua from artificial abortion of normal pregnancy 8 w to 12 w. Higher purity cytotrophoblast cells(CTB)and extravillous trophoblast cells(EVT)were collected by this method. Then we applied gene chip methods to make high-flux gene expression profiles of CTB and EVT, and compared differential expression genes which would help us to reveal gene network regulation mechanism in early embryo development.
