Laser-induced plasma technique has been widely used in many research fields such as material process, superconductive films preparation, nanometer technique, trace element analysis. Based on this technique, some important experimental techniques (LIBS for example) are established and developed. Due to the fact that Laser-induced plasma is not a stationary plasma, it's forming process is very complicated and relates to many properties of laser, ambient gases, and physical - chemical characteristic of solid sample. The mechanism of interaction between the laser and solid surface and the plasma forming dynamics characteristics are not well resolved so far. So lots of experimental and theoretical studies need be carried out. Investigation on dynamics of the emission spectrum from the plasma produced by laser ablation of metal surface is one of most effective experimental methods to explore the laser induced plasma dynamics.The laser ablation is the mass transfer process caused by the melting and vaporization of the sample surface produced by the rapid interaction between the high power density pulsed laser and the sample surface.
