Laser Raman spectral technique is an important section in modern laser spectral techniques. Laser Raman spectrum plays an important role on the aspects of analyzing molecular structure, symmetry properties of crystal, investigating solid structure phase-variation and the structure of IR spectrum of molecule. In recent years,it has been extensively applied in many research fields such as organic and inorganic analytical chemistry, biochemistry, petrochemical industry, macromolecule chemistry ,etc.In most cases organic compounds have complicated group structure, so they have very complex spectral structure. The polarized laser Raman spectrum is one of most effective methods in investigating symmetry property of organic molecular structure and the normal vibration mode. In the polarized laser Raman spectrum, the depolarization ratio of the different Raman shift is different, while the depolarization ratio of Raman spectrum is an important gist in judging symmetry property of molecular structure and the normal vibration mode. There are three chapters in this paper. The main contents are listed as follows. In chapter one, the background, development, the application of Raman spectral technique, and the polarized laser Raman spectrum are introduced briefly. In chapter two, the basic principles of the Raman spectroscopy and the relation of Raman spectrum and IR spectrum are included. In the last chapter, the polarized laser Raman spectra of several organic molecule are investigated. The main contents are: (1) The polarized laser Raman spectra of acetone, methyl alcohol, alcohol, ethylene glycol, formamide, acetonitrile, acetic acid, Chloroform, Methylene chloride, and Bromoform are measured in the experiment. (2) The depolarization ratio of Raman shift in the measured spectrum are...
