The study of Vibration—centrifuge experiment,which was put forward on the basis of the request of the structural or model's reliability, is an important way to study structural applicability to environment and structural destroy rule , it is also an important way to verify the validity of the model. The system which install a shaker on a centrifuge can simulate the compound environment more really, but because difficulty for it's realization is too large: the shaker's force is confined, the strong disturbance in compound environment and the coupling between motions make the active control on the vibrator very difficulty . so the optimal design of vibration—centrifuge experiment fixture become an important problem which is concerned by many technician.The computational intelligent is adapted to realize the optional design of fixture in this paper. The theory of modal analysis, Dynamics of multi-body were introduced firstly, and a simple dynamic equation of vibration-centrifuge experiment system were induced base on the dynamics of flexible multi-body system and dynamics of multi—rigid bodies system. Then the influences of fixture from centrifuge load were discussed, then a typical fixture's optimal mathematical model is established, whose restriction is weight and the target is base natural frequency. In the centrifugal field the base natural frequency and the mass of structure with different parameter were calculated by using Software ANSYS. Part of the analysis data is used as training sample to establish three layes BP Neural Network, and in stead of the dynamics model with trained BP Neural Network, the nonlinear mapping relationship between the design variable and the mode parameter is acquired.At last, bases on the work mentioned above, this paper use BP natural network to optimal iterative computation and dynamics analysis, automatic search use the genetic algorithm, to verify the advantage of computational intelligence ,this paper...
