Insect antibacterial peptides have broad spectrum antibiosis and different antibacterial mechanisms from antibiotics. So insect antibacterial peptides had been considered to replace classical antibiotics as a new antibacterial. The Musca antibacterail peptides as one of insect antibacterial peptides had attracted increasing research. But there were not system research about the difference of Musca domestica antibacterial peptides which were induced by multimicrobes. The report about antibiosis dynamics had not found, and the antibacterial mechanisms of antibacterial peptides had disputed. In this paper, Musca domestica larvae were induced by injection with six bacteria. The physico-chemical property and antibiosis characters of antibacterial peptides samples and purified antibacterial portein were investigated. The antibacterial mechanisms of Musca domestica larvae antibacterial peptides were also investigated.The antibacterial peptides of Musca domestica larvae induced by three Gram- positive bacteria and three Gram- negative bacteria. Induced by bacterial can increase the content of protein. The antibacterial peptides samples were purified initially by Sephadex G25. The results of physico-chemical stability property essay indicated that the antibacterial peptides samples of Musca domestica larvae induced by multibacteria had good temperature stability and pH stability, but all the samples were influenced by ionic strength. The results of Capillary Electrophoresis(CE) and SDS-PAGE indicated that the compositions of different samples were different, some compositions had high molecular wieght and more positive charge.The result of antibacterial spectrum essay indicated that all the antibacterial peptides samples had broad spectrum antibiosis, the activity was different of each other. All the samples had good activity of the inducing bacteria. The samples induced by Shigella, Staphylococcus aureus,chain coccus, Salmonella typhimurium had high protein content and good activity.The Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of all inducing samples were different against the same bacteria and all the MIC were litter. The activity of antibacterial peptides were effected by its action time. There were one or two activity peaks in 24 hours of the samples. The same antibacterial peptides sample had different antibiosis dynamics property for different bacteria. The action time and mode of Musca domestica larvae antibacterial peptides were decided by the characteristic of bacteria cell.Starting from researching antibiosis dynamics property of antibacterial peptides sample to analyze its antibacterial mechanisms.
