With the development of target stealth technique, the properties of complicated boundary target EM scattering more and more has brought to people's attention. The analysis and computing of the interaction between the complex targets and environment is important project for modern technology, especially for the nation defense. The thesis firstly introduces the near-zone interaction between complex objects and its environment, the properties of EM scattering and some theories to study the properties of target EM scattering, the properties of target EM scattering, and the properties of near-zone complicated target EM scattering, then, it makes a computation to radar cross section of scattering of target-monostatic in near-zone scattering, that is to say, by the theory of two-dimensional limited continual fractal function, gives an analysis and digital simulation to sea/ground f rough surface, on the combination of two-dimensional limited continual fractal function and the formula for target scattering, not only sets up an EM scattering model over the fractal rough surface section, using the Kirchhoff approximation, and simulates the coupling boundary structure of/over sea/ground rough surface, and but also under the consideration of the influence of incidence , dynamic and static rough surface and polarized Incident ray to the properties of EM scattering , analyses the physical mechanism of target EM scattering over the rough surface plane and the complex scattering near-zone properties of plate targets interaction in the rough surface environment to derives out the computational formula of near-zone complex EM scattering, and carried on the computation to the composite scattering cross-section and the dihedral angle composite scattering cross-section.Both based on approximately condition of the Kirchhoff and used mini areas and cascaded principle the RCS results of the field composite scattering from the conductor plate over the rough sea surface consistent with the correlation literatures, so the method is available and right.
