The research on the enhancement the conversion efficiency of high order harmonic generation (HHG) on the theory and the experiment has obtained some delightful results. In the paper the time-dependent Schr?dinger equation (TDSE) of the interaction of laser pulse with the 1-D model atom is solved by using the asymptotic boundary condition (ABC) and symplectic algorithm. Then the enhancement of the conversion efficiency of HHG can be enhanced by the moderate initial condition.The paper describes simply the processes of the tunneling ionization and the over barrier ionization, and the significance of the interaction of intense laser field with the matter; illuminate the development of experiment and the theory explain of HHG; describes simply TDSE under...
