The kinematic measure of a triangle in a disc is discussed in the paper, with the items of equilateral triangle and isosceles triangle. More than that, with the triangle degenerates and become a point (or a line segment), one can realize the truth of kinematic measure, while compare the results with those already known.While calculate the kinematic measure of an equivalent triangle, one used a band, in which with the triangle contained exactly. This is because of the truth of that kinematic density of a band is equal to that of the midline of itself, and the kinematic density of a line is clear.For an isosceles triangle, one has to consider the question in two ways. One is that a triangle with the top to be larger than an equivalent triangle, while another one is that is smaller than that. With the larger one, one calculated the kinematic measure directly; but for the smaller one, one took the way of that of the equivalent triangle.After that, one discussed some special case, such as a triangle or a line segment degenerates and become a point, or a triangle degenerates and become a line segment. In this way, one could realize the truth of the kinematic measure.
